Werewolf Food genuinely values our customers and as such we wanted to create helpful FAQ videos.  Not just a generic style but bespoke to us. David took our mock ups and turned them into useful ‘how-to’ videos, demonstrating to the customer how simple it was for them to make changes to their account, e.g., change the frequency of their delivery or update card payment details. The format was suitable for both web and social media content. Invisible Building made the technical solution of the FAQ videos fit the personality of the business.
