🌀 Return & Refund Policy – Invisible Building Ltd
We’re committed to doing great work and building long-term relationships with clients we love. That said, here’s the deal when it comes to returns and refunds:
Services, Not Stuff
Invisible Building provides digital services — think web design, Shopify development, consulting, and other creative work. These services are bespoke and often begin as soon as a deposit is paid, which means we don’t offer traditional returns like with physical products.
Refund Eligibility
We aim to keep every client happy, but refunds are only offered under these conditions:

Before work starts: If you change your mind before we’ve begun work, we’re happy to refund your deposit in full.

Within first 3 days of starting: If you’re unhappy with direction or deliverables after our initial kickoff, we’ll assess what's been done and offer a fair partial refund based on hours worked.

No refund after delivery: Once a project has been delivered or marked as complete, refunds aren’t possible — but we’re always open to follow-up support or paid revisions.
Scope & Expectations
We’re crystal clear on deliverables before starting. If your needs change midway through a project, we’ll happily update the scope — but additional work may require a new agreement or added cost.
What if Something Goes Wrong?
We’re human, but we aim high. If something doesn’t meet expectations, tell us straight away. We’ll fix any agreed-upon issues at no extra cost, within the original scope.
