Inside the Build: 4 Case Studies from Invisible Building
From high-performance Shopify stores to purpose-driven platforms, here’s a look behind the scenes of four recent launches at Invisible Building. Each case study includes custom UX work, development, and design thinking tailored for real-world impact. Scroll through the highlights and click through to explore each story in depth.
Pure Running
Project Type: Shopify / E-Commerce
We helped Pure Running launch a high-performance e-commerce website, built to match the pace of their customers. Focused on a streamlined experience and mobile conversion, the redesign led to a significant uplift in engagement and sales.
Looseheadz
Project Type: Shopify / Tech for Good
Looseheadz is rugby’s mental health charity on a mission to #TackleTheStigma. We worked with their UK team to rapidly redesign their Shopify site—simplifying navigation, reducing reliance on WYSIWYG apps, and improving mobile UX. The result? A site that’s cleaner, faster, and easier to manage internally.
Noisysnacks
Project Type: Shopify / Brand Refresh
Noisysnacks is a snack startup based in Northern Ireland with bold branding and a vibrant voice. We rebuilt their Shopify site from the ground up, shifting from a Web 2.0-style layout to a single-page experience with increased clarity and performance. Engagement and revenue lifted almost immediately.
Werewolf Food
Project Type: Shopify / Custom UX / Subscription
We helped Werewolf Food roll out their “Build Your Variety Pack” feature—allowing customers to bundle custom dog food selections on a single product page. Paired with custom FAQs and UX video guides, this subscription experience boosted AOV and made repeat ordering easier for everyone (dogs included).
